Gas Guzzler Tax and Acquisition Fee

How does one figure the gas guzzler tax into the lease payment calculation? From Tarry's stickied post:
Lease Payment Calculation Formula:
(Cap Cost – Residual Value) / Term = Depreciation
(Cap Cost + Residual Value) X Base Rate = Interest
Depreciation + Interest = Base Monthly Payment

Terms Used in Lease Formula:
CAP COST = Vehicle Purchase Price (amount financed)
RESIDUAL VALUE = MSRP (window sticker) X Residual %
TERM = Length of Lease in Months (3 years = 36 months)
BASE RATE = Dealer’s Buy Rate (dealer can mark this up for profit)
In some places I read that the gas guzzler tax doesn't factor into the residual value and only goes into the capitalized cost, but in others it says it depends on the bank. Can someone help me figure this out for Mercedes Benz financial services?

Also, what is the lease acquisition fee for Mercedes Benz Financial? I found $795 somewhere so if that's the case is it the same for all models of vehicle?

Thanks.

Gas Guzzler tax is usually not added to the MSRP for calculating the residual value. It will need to be added to the cap cost though.

The MBC acq fee is $795
