Need advice in downsizing

Thinking of downsizing from my 07 R350 to a 2000-2002 E320 wagon.
Tired of making that 600.00 monthly payment.
What would be the best way to go about doing that without shelling out money.
Its financed through MB Financial.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

History: Leased it back in 2007 then bought it out at the end (2010). 8% APR
Been about 5 months on the finance.

Here are current acution numbers:

Average Miles: 40,625

Above Average: $25,974
Average: $22,343
Below Average: $18,712

So you are pretty much in line depending on the miles.

We can probably knock a couple hundred off that payment by re-financing it for a rate in 4% range.

You can see quotes here: http://www.DriveItNow.com

Let me know your thoughts.

E 350
you will not be happy and probably wind up spending more getting back into an r or similar vehicle. 5 years is a big difference.
