Need Help C300 Lease

I have never leased before and know very little about it so bare with me. I have done some reading on what the money factors are and neg the price of the car.

With that said is this a good lease deal on a C300:
MSRP $40,360
Payment is $369.00
Miles 10K a year
Lease term 27 months
$2,641 due at signing

Car has just the Prem 1 Package. Asking her for MSRP on one with Nav and xenons

I guess I am confused on what to neg? Do I neg the car price down and the money due at signing?

If you were to lease the C 300 would would be a fair deal. I would guess if they are saying $369 a month I should be able to get that for less and if they say $2,641 then I should be able to knock some of that off as well.

What would you walk of of the dealer paying per month on this and how much would you put down at signing?

Thanks

Hard to tell with what info you provided.

Need the selling price and the breakdown of the due at signing.

C300 Sport/G35S
We just ordered a 2011 C300 Sport with the following:

Multimedia Package - $2700 + $460 for Sirius, no way around that
Heated Seats - $750
Misc fees - $965
MSRP - $38,775
Price we were given - $37,175

Called two days later and asked for $1,000 off the car. He said the invoice was $36,600 and would go to $36,800.

Called a day later and asked for panoramic roof for $800 instead of $1,000, they agreed.

New price $37,600
48 months, 12k/yr
$2,000 down - $381/mo incl. tax
$3,000 down - $357/mo incl. tax

I really liked how the sales manager presented everything. I actually had a ton of questions because I was ready for hidden fees or something but he had made it so straight forward I couldn't believe what I was looking at. Worked out very well for us, through Herb Chambers Mercedes-Benz of Natick (MA).
