Breaking a lease on a new MB
Hi all,
I traded in my 2011 C250 for a GLA 45 a few months ago. I'm leasing the 45 and I'm having annoying issues with it. I notified the dealer about the issues before I took possession of the car, plus I've brought it in twice now. It's been at the dealership for over 2 weeks already in the 2 months I've had it. They still haven't sorted out the issues and are telling me that rattles are normal for a car like this. Despite what they say, I've spoken with many GLA 45 owners who are not experiencing similar issues.
There's no lemon law here in Canada, and I can't see myself living with this for another 36 months. I'd like to give this car back somehow. My only hope is that MB Canada or the dealer will let me change cars somehow. Does anyone know if this is possible?
