NEED ADVICE on leasing a 2019 loaner e300 4matic

So the car I have been trying to lease is a 2019 E300 4matic loaner car with 4100 miles on it. MSRP with options is $60,145. I got it down to $2000 down (drive off amount which includes tax, doc fee etc) and $600/month for 36 month and 12k miles per year. I went in the next day to sign papers and asked about the MSD and how much I would save if I used that option. So if i put $6000 down as an MSD and $2470 deposit.. it brings my payments down to $530.
I then asked to add tire and wheel warranty ($1695 for 3 years...for the preferred tire care +plus) and maintanance plan for $1220 and my payment went to $603 a month. I signed those papers and an hour later got a call to come back and resign because they had made a mistake. They now wanted another 1050 for down payment. So this is the new deal
TIre and wheel warranty is $1695
Prepaid maintenance is $1220
My down payment is $2470 + $442 +$1200
My security deposit is $4800 which i get all back ( it was $6000)...and my payment will be $549.58 includes tire and wheel and prepaid maintenance.
My Residual value is $33405 and also my purchase at the end of term amount too.
Is this a rip off?
