C300 repairs between years 5 - 8 of driving?

Hi everyone, I'm considering buying out my 2016 C300 lease and then selling it after a few more years of use. It has 60,000 km and in great condition. I'm looking for information about typical repairs or replacement parts (outside of normal annual maintenance) that might be required between years 5 - 8 of driving, so that I can factor into my financial calcs. Never owed/leased a car for more than 4 years. Appreciate your feedback.
