W245 B189 CDI Multiple Fault Codes After battery died
hello everyone. I have 2015 B180 CDI Blue Efficiency Sports Tourer. The battery went flat whilst away and when recharged I get multiple error codes.
I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks
- Both batteries have been replaced but the car is telling me to drive to a dealer without changing gear.
- I have disconnected both batteries for 30 minutes and the fault remains.
- The gear indicator on the dash shows the gears but non of them are framed (no gear selected) and the gear selector paddles and stork don't do anything.
- When the ignition key is switched off the car warns 'Danger of rolling as car is not in park'
- All modules can be interrogated via the ODB socket which suggests that the gateway is able to communicate with CAN A, CAN B, CAN E, CAN C, CAN D.
- The health report It seems that some modules cant communicate with each other. The full detail is in the report (link below)
- The dynamics of the CAN BUS signals looks good on the Oscilloscope. (I am an electronics design engineer).
