ECU issues MB B150 / W245

Check all the ground points to your engine and ECU. You mighy have a loose one or where it attaches to the body has corroded.
After that
Check Wiring and Connections:Inspect the wiring and connectors around the ECU for corrosion or damage. ECU Reprogramming/Update:Visit a stealer or a indy mechanic to check if the ECU needs a software update.
Test and Replace the ECU. You can buy a 2nd hand one but it will need to be coded to your car for it to work.

Sorry for late reply on this advice, have been away working.
Battery and alternator are in good shape, changed both 14 months ago. It was actually after this these issues started for me....
I have checked around wiring and connections, but can't see anything wrong there. When it comes to ground points, I have to admit that I really don't know where to look or where I might find these points.
Since the car might start up and run fine for several days, I have a feeling that this might be where the issue is hidden. But I can't really find any corroded ot loose points....
