Turbo wastegate
Hi all, a friend of mine has a B200 T and it has no power and throwing a code that indicates stuck open waste-gate. Mercedes quoted $7000.00 to replace everything, Imagine that. Anyway my research tells me that it is serviceable but parts seem a bit elusive. Does anyone know of a source? or part number or x reference for the waste-gate and or rebuild kit?

Did you ever got this fit?

yes I did. Sprayed the waste gate with PT blaster and let it sit overnight. Went out the next day and wiggled it back and forth till it came free(easily) sprayed it again and no problem ever since. Which would have been Mercedes plan for 7000

Hey my friend, I really need your help.
I just replaced my boost controlled on my B-class however when I was removing it, it looked like someone had removed it before
I'm not sure if it's actually connected correctly. Can you please looking at your car and see where the actuator vaccum hose comes from and plugs into the boost controller?
I'd really appreciate it
Also did you spray inside the waste gate vacuum part? Where did you spray?
