Would you ship one to me in Calgary AB ? you say it's plug and play... I've the NAVI screen that sits up top of the dash - it has the activeparking system but no camera...

The camera is about £20 on AliExpress and the Fakra green <--> RCA adapter is no more than £10

Not for the W246, but it's pretty basic anyway: camera, Fakra adapter, ideally a 12V filter (capacitor). Power off a reverse light. Done.
Actually, I would strongly advise against this type of camera - this is what happened to mine, pictured above, after less than a year and a half:
I have now changed to this simple cam, and the quality is better, and it's a solid build:
