W246 Drivers Door Lock (failing)
Hi,
The drivers door lock on my W246 has started to fail to unlock. When it does work it pops up as usual with no issue, but other times it just does not budge (maybe twitches). The dealer said without taking it apart and putting a replacement they could only advise spraying some WD40 into it.
So question is where do I spray it? and does this sound odd that it works fine 1 in 10 times? PS The key does turn the lock to open.
