I made an account on here just to warn people about this site. After researching a bluetooth module for my cls i decided to order the new viseeo mb4 from cartronics.com.
It has been two weeks, no email with shipping notification, I've called several times they don't pick up and now their phone doesn't even work because it is turned off and says the mailbox is full, wtf.
I've never had such a disservice when ordering any product online.
Just a heads up.

I placed an order for the Itronic BT on March 2, 2012 but to date have not received any shipping notification. I emailed them twice in the past week to verify the status of my order but have not received a single email correspondence from them. When I call their line, my call gets forwarded to the following number 850-916-7777 whose mailbox is full. This is highly unprofessional and exhibits very poor customer service. If I don't received any feedback from Cartronics.com by EOD tomorrow, I'll certainly be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges.

I also ordered the anystream device from their site last week, but it has been around a week and I haven't heard back from them about the tracking number. I also tried to call them up but I have had same experience as add511. Unfortunately, I did a lot of research but missed this very important thread before placing the order.
