C250--- Magnetite Black?
Hey guys! In the next few months I'll be ordering a new car. I'm set on the red interior... still questioning the exterior (minus upgrading to the 18" 7-spoke AMGs). I really like lunar blue but I think it will clash with the red. Saw this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJAytKBgJEg&feature=fvst and I think it's magnetite black? If so it looks gorgeous! Has anyone seen this in flesh? Thanks!

VW Golf MKVI 118TSI and C250 CDI Coupe (on order)
I've seen the matte black (though not on a c coupe) and I have to say it didn't appeal to me, especially when dirty. The dust and debris seemed to 'stick' to it a lot more (or rather it was more obvious). But each to their own.
FYI to me it's similar to a satin finish, so there is still a sheen although it's not shiny.
May be also worthwhile checking the care requirements on this finish too as I've heard it can be rather high maintenance..

Anyone with real experience on this would know much better than I!

Thanks guys! It seems like a bad choice if it's that difficult to care for. Is magno black (matte) available? Also, what interior color would you go with Lunar Blue as a second option?

Always worth checking with the dealership though given it's your first preference for paint.
As for blue, beige (if you like the classic wood trim option) or black (always safe).
