I own a 2012 C250 coupe with the standard 17" wheels. I was looking around for winter tires/rims to fit and decided to contact Mercedes Benz Canada to see what they recommend. To my surprise they came back saying that a 205/55 R 16 91H tire was recommended and that they stock a steel wheel (7.0J X 16 H2 43mm offset).
I contacted tirerack to see what they had in this size and they won't sell anything as they say they cannot confirm it fits. Before I run out and buy steel winter rims I thought I'd check and see if anyone on the forum has purchase 16" alloy wheels. If so, what brand/sizing did you get and from which company.
Thanks,
Rick

It might be important in Canada do drive still plain rims and smaller sizes with your winters. I just got set of used 17 inch staggered rims from C300 sport 2009 and Blizzaks LM-60 from Tirerack. Perfect in my opinion for my NY/NJ area winter. Doesn't change look to worse and don't care much if I scratch these rims, I paid $400 for set only

How much did you pay for the blizzaks? I'm in Brooklyn and going from an AWD G35x sedan so I gotta get used to the RWD.Originally Posted by Breitling65

Check Tirerack, they are not cheap but quick on delivery and tires always matching manufacturers country. Bridgestone's always made in Japan. Originally Posted by Igor1080

I got out of G37x too btw, rwd is spinning lot on all-seasons while cold.
Wound up ordering from tirerack. Got 17" Moda rims and Blizzak WS70 tires (225/45/17 all around).
Rims look nice on the car. Will report snow performance as soon as we get some.
Merry Christmas everyone.

For your city winters it might be right size of rims, blizzaks are great tires. I drove 3 different models and all are great.
