It may be the pink grey. I was in the garage so colors may not have shown properly. I will check later today for you to confirm.

Hey guys, this hardwire kit from eBay should work right? It comes with a fus (t-connector or any other fuse we can ask for it). Reason i ask is because another forum member said the eBay kit they saw didn't have a fuse. Wanted to make sure this one has a fuse and this kit will work for our car w/o buying anything else. Thanks!

Worked great!

Thanks for the information, this worked perfectly. Only difference is I had a fuse panel I had to remove first. Not sure what it was for but the panel had constant power (not from the ignition switch) so didn't use that but instead found the wire you mentioned and tapped into that.

I got a custom install K40 RL360i with 2 laser defuser g5s' (1 in the front and 1 in the back). Let's put it this way, based on what they told me I will probably never get a speeding ticket again unless I am a complete moron.

Just to expand a little more :

Best detector out there and not super expensive considering what it will do (About 2700 installed - 1400 for the RL360i and 350ish for 1 defuser) Those passport units basically go off and by the time they do they already gunned you.

This is a fully concealed unit, with 360 degree radar protection and since most police are using laser these days you're in trouble without a defuser. Your laser goes off and they got you unless you are lucky enough that they were shooting someone close by.

Defuser's emit a signal back to the laser gun so it has no idea what speed you are going. Basically the cop gets no reading. Sometimes this can make them suspicious but it is fully concealed and I will use it forever.

Almost all LEO's (including a few friends), especially in CT use strictly LASER, and by the time they gun you, it's over. Your 400 detector mounted to your windshield becomes a "I just wanted to alert you that you're about to be pulled over and get a speeding ticket"

If you want legit coverage you have to get jamming technology. It actually works a lot easier an I/O radar. Any laser jammer will do the trick but these are perfect and un-noticeable by any LEO. And when you buy a new car you have it uninstalled and put in your new vehicle.

Basically your are buying a system that *GUARANTEES* you will not get a speeding ticket (unless of course you are a complete idiot and go 100mph with a statey directly behind you)
