3D/birdeye view in navigation system?
Hi, can someone that has a navigation system in the new coupe tell me if you can turn on 3d/bird eye view while navigating? I could only figure out how to turn on the 2D map view but not the 3d view while I was playing in a demo car. If you happen to have a picture even better.

go to the top of the nav screen, under the map section, then map view (i think) then select the view that you want (heading up, north up, birds eye, 3d)
Note: The 3d view is kind of cool, but when in cities with highrise buildings, they can block approacing street names.

Yeah, I found it more of a "cool" feature rather that a "useful one". Especially when driving in NYC. Also to note, is that in a city such as new york city, 3D mode only shows when zoomed in to a certain degree (I think it is the nearest two zoom setting only). Anything further out than that, and it reverts to the 2D mode...

Thanks guys, just wanted to make sure. I don't currently use the 3D view in my car since it gets in the way. I was more concerned about the bird eye view which I find much more intuitive than the old-school flat, 2D maps. Mercedes brochures should show more pictures showing their COMMAND features.
