Bluetooth Cell Phone Issue

Car: 2012 C Class Coupe

I have my blackberry connected to my car and everything was working fine. However, yesterday I was on a call, shut of my car expecting the call to be transferred to my handset, but the call was dropped. No big deal.

Now, however, whenever I turn on my car, the audio works until the bluetooth connection to my phone is established. At that point, the audio stops working. I think the car thinks I am still on a call (I am not). Does anyone know how to fix this? Should the call be automatically transferred to my cell when the car is turned off?

If you don't have a solution, do you know how to delete a bluetooth phone? If so, I will just delete and re-establish to see if that helps. Turning the phone on/off doesn't work, neither does turning the car bluetooth on or off.

Help!
