So just to clarify, at that ride height you didnt need to do any fender work what so ever? So stock S63 wheels, stretch tires and about 3deg of camber and you ride with no problems correct?

I don't know much about the air suspension. But if you dont mind me asking, how much does it cost? and where could i find it?

Yes, you can fit stock S63 wheels without any camber kits. The rear tires just have to be stretched. The camber is unknown as it was never measured, all links were stock links so it's whatever the camber is "stock" when lowered.

A complete Airrex kit (struts and air management) runs about 4500-5000 without labor

I'm surprised it fits the facelifted C-class.

I'm really surprised at the conservative fitment on the wheels, I would have expected something more aggressive. Looks almost like stock wheels on air. To each his own I suppose.

I was looking to get a C63 bumper PRE-facelift modified because it looks more aggressive. There are replica AMG bumpers but doesn't look right since AMGs are slightly wider. Where did you get it modified? Bumper looks a lot nicer than the sports one
