rear diffuser fitment

Does the rear diffuser of the CCoupe63 AMG fits the regular AMG bumper of a 250/350 CCoupe?

And if yes, how about the (2012)C63 AMG sedan diffuser? Will it fit too?

Yes, I can confirm the 2012 AMG C63 Coupe diffuser will fit directly onto a 2012 C250/C350 Coupe AMG bumper

However as I don't have a 2012 W204 sedan to check for fitment, I cannot confirm on that one, they look exactly the same but then again so do the bootlid spoilers and they are not compatible from coupe to sedan, so someone else will have to provide an answer on that one
