For those that have installed the spoilers, did you just use the supplied 3m double sided tape, or something else too? Did you find it easier to apply the tape to the trunk first and then put the spoiler on, or on the spoiler first? Also, any special cleaning required prior to installation, like using alcohol swab for example?

Use masking tape on trunk to outline spoiler placement so that you know exactly where to place it.
Just use alcohol to clean both surfaces. Make sure no wax and dirt present.
Once you have spoiler on make sure to press it down everywhere so that tape sticks and for the next few days press down on spoiler to make sure it still sticks.
I used the supplied tape--had it on for over 6 months with no problems in hot 100 degree weather. I lined tape around the outer perimeter of spoiler and used any spare on center.
