moon roof heat

Anyone else can't stand the heat coming through the moon roof? Thinking about tinting it using heat resistant tint now that summer is around the corner.

We tinted the side windows with the new ceramic material. Dramatically cuts down heat. I didn't think about the roof, I wonder if it already has some protection?

I'm fairly sure the roof is already heat resistant, supposedly it helps the car reduce heat in the cabin because glass cools much faster than metal.

I was worried about this aspect too at first, but have found the screen to be adequate at doing its job of keeping heat out so far, a couple of times the cabin has become uncomfortable the aircon quickly fixed that

I couldn’t stand the heat coming through the moon roof too. The car is now 30% tinted all around and 5% on the moon roof. I do feel much cooler now.

I think it's somewhat heat resistant, but it was 90 degrees the other day and the sun was hitting my head with the roof cover closed and definately felt hot. Going to get tint before it gets 100 degrees.
