How to remove trim on interior

I want to wrap the interior aluminum trim on my c250 coupe, is there any guide to removing the trim on the doors, dash, and around the gear shifter, thank you
P.s is there an easy way to remove the blue efficiency badge on the side panel?

~ i have removed them on my coupe. the simple way is to heat the badge with a blow dryer to slightly loosen the adhesive, then use a piece of fishing line and slide the line back and forth until the badge comes loose… do not lift/pry on the badge, allow the fishing line to do the work. once the badge is removed... use goo gone to remove the remaining residue, polish and the task is complete for the clean look.
