Nice - about time we start seeing some of these sorts of items for our cars 
Speeking for myself though not too sure about the size and style they've chosen for these, probably would've liked a shorter and wider design.
I've driven an Audi TTS with paddles that were similar (OSIR) and they tended to get in the way of my hands a bit when having to turn the steering wheel all the way around on large turns...
