C350c intake
has anyone looked into/tried making your own intake for our cars? i feel like our cars could benefit with a slight bit of a growl

MBWorld Fanatic!
Just speaking for myself after having test driven alot of the *350 V6 petrol powered MB models both on the road and track they emit a very loud (and harsh) engine note or growl as is at full throttle IMHO probably too much already, why would you want to make it even louder
I suppose though that you can get used to it and after a while it dosn't sound so loud anymore, each to their own on that one

hmm my 350 is fairly silent aside from a slight exhaust tone when i press on the gas. i would like my car to sound a little deeper and ballsier; by no means do i want it to sound very loud, harsh or raspy
maybe im just spoiled and expect more because i had G35 and G37 coupes before this and those cars actually sound incredible, especially with intakes which added a deep growl at high RPMs

had to custom fabricate 90 degree bend and fabricate a o2 sensor bracket. sounds good. You notice it a lot more pushing the throttle but wines nicely when the car shifts around 2k
