White Headlights

Has anyone found replacement bulbs for the headlights that are white? I hate the yellow look, and don't want HID's because I don't like the blue look, and getting OEM projectors seem too expensive. Any suggestions?

Do you use them for every light or just the main beams?

I have the azn optics led lights for the parking lights (they match the LEDs in the bumper well). I left the high beams stock.

I'm looking into this and have a question. Are the main beams an H7 bulb? Do the Philip bulbs work universally?

I believe they are H7s and yes they work with any H7 application. I don't have any pics but there are a ton on this board if you do a search.

get HID kit for 4300K or 5000K never go above 5000k because you can't see s*** in the rain or fog. 4300K will give you OEM xenon color and 5000K will be WHITE. it won't be blue so no worries...

Stalkee is right. Get 4300k or 5000k hid's. Those are white. You will never get white light from a halogen bulb.

I have the Philips Diamond Vision (listed as 5k) and they're a bit bluer than my liking. I think the Philips Crystal Vision may have been a better choice to match DRL's.

C300W4
I joined the MB family - I need White LED headlights

I just bought my first Mercedes - actually I bought it for my wife. I had to sell my 2009 M3 coupe and get a more useful, yet stylish, car for Maine. So the choice was easy - a C300W4 2012. I'm very happy with it and my wife is happy - which is what really matters (ha!).

I'm installing 40% tint all around and I need to replace the yellow headlights and match the lower running lights. I was reading this treat, but more info would be helpful. I also did some searching on the threads with no luck. There seems to be two lightbulbs on each set of headlights. What size do I need?
They look like they are two different sizes.

Someone mentioned HID kit 5000k. I did a search and it looks pretty complicated with extra wiring and some conversion box (which I have no idea where to hide). For my old M3 I just bought two LUX LED lightbulbs plug and play and install them in 15 minutes. Is there an easier way to upgrade to white LED lights?

Thanks you!

/Nic
