BMS intake installed
Installation was pretty straight forward which took just 10 mins. Before installation, I took the car for a quick warm up drive and to some what bench mark it back to back. Then I took it for a spin and can definitely feel the difference in throttle response. Regardless of the sound that it makes like a "blow off valve" when you let off the gas pedal which is not the case here, it is also noticeable under load as far as the normal performance intake sound that they make. I did this using E mode and it was a different story on S mode. Seat of the pants feels like its quicker mid-range and up. Pulls hard on 2nd as the RPM goes up to 6k. As far as the 7-10 hp they claim - maybe? I think its worth it just having a crispier throttle response. In my case I feel it on more mid-range which made the car a little much more fun to drive.
Thanks,
Mike
