W204 Sway Bars Fit C204?
I've read a lot about Eibach sways for the W204. Does anyone know if they fit the C204 as well? Anyone here have any sways installed?

Is that what you are referring to?

C250 Coupe
So, is there a suspension difference between the coupe and sedan W204's? I only stated C204 as this forum has it as such. Regardless, any verdict on this as to fitment?

I'm confused.
I believe the OP is asking if the sedan sway arms fitment from eibach work on the coupe as well?
I was wondering the same thing with suspension setups as I have a RWD C300 and springs that I wanted to put on the C250 coupe but apparently it's different

You can also go with the MB sways as the C350 bars are 1 mm larger than the C250, and the C63 sways are 1 mm larger than the C350. This applies for both the front and rear, confirmed through the MB EPC.

The fronts are 25,26,27 mm
The rears are 17, 19, 20 mm
All depending on the model car (C250, C350, C63)
all found by using the MB Electronic Parts Catalog, which is a FREE subscription at www.startekinfo.com
I HIGHLY SUGGEST that anyone that asks about MB parts to use this system!
