Anyone have this noise

I am noticing lately that there is a very low level noise almost like a ring sound that comes from deep in the engine bay back by the firewall. This sound will happen exactly just about every 1 minute and will start 30 after the car was shut off. The sound is very low level and you wont hear it if you are more that 15ft from the car. Anyone ever notice this?

Also anyone ever notice that after you shut the car off and just sit there for a few seconds it sounds like the dvd player is making a eject noise. I dont think these are related since the sounds are different.

Thanks

Yes, I have noticed that and it is normal... but to tell you the truth I am not sure what it is (only assumptions).

Thanks for the info but which noise have you noticed I described two separate ones? My wife says she just noticed the one thats sounds like a ring noise and swears she never heard it before maybe 3 ago. I had the car since may 2012 and it has 3000 miles on it.

Anyone else out there can add to this?
