Suggestions on rim size

I am planning on getting rims soon but I'm debating whether I should get 18's or 19's. I currently have the stock 17's on my c250 coupe so I'm not sure if going 19's would make the rim size too big. Also, what is the stock rim offset and width size for the people with the upgraded 18 inch oem rims?

~ i suggest the 19s to complete the look ... but if you go 18s perhaps you can go with the oem amg wheels for more of a factory upsized look?

factory 18" specs = front 18x8" 50 ET - 225/40/18 ... rear 18x8.5" 54 ET - 255/35/18 ... bolt pattern 5x112

a set on ebay (but price seems high):

Go 19s! They will ride fine and will look much improved!

With 19's how are tire specs? I used a tire calculator and the best the rears all require XXX/30/19 to stay near the diameter height. I'm not a huge fan of 30 profiles because of the thin layer and tires would wear pretty quickly!

At first I was so set on getting 18's but after seeing your car and post I second guessed myself. I wanted the 18's AMG rims at first but then after seeing your car I wanted to get something similar! Sorry for copying some of your ideas btw!!!!

Ya the main issue with 19's for me is just the tire profiles will be much more expensive and much harder to find. Especially with a xxx/30 tire series
