Mercedes C350 Upgrade and Mod List

Hi All,

I thought I'd create a list of websites to help people looking to modify their cars. I think there is actually a bit more out there than people are actually aware. I'm going to try and help out as best I can and everyone is welcome to contribute to improve the list.

I'm going to try and stick to 350 rather than 250 mods although some websites will cross over. Someone else can be responsible for helping the 250 owners find things for their cars who has a better understanding than I do.

It's a bit of a work in progress. I've made a start and I'll build it up from my own knowledge and help from you guys.

This thread is a good idea, its kind of a pain looking around the forums and internet for mods for the C350 coupe.

Something to add for reference, here is a video of my C350 Coupe with an xpipe and Meisterschaft Exhaust since many users wants to hear and see what it is like.

I also a have CF trunk spoiler and CF roof spoiler on my car. If you want links and pics to those, let me know. They're from ebay though.

Mate your video is what motivated me to get my Meisterschaft exhaust! This is the only video of it on a coupe on the net as far as I'm aware.

My hat goes off to you.

Blickling, you should talk to the moderators about seeing if they will make this thread a sticky thread so it doesn't get lost in the future. Hehe

It would be good if it was a sticky, yeah. More people could see and benefit from it.

It seems you can't edit your origianl posts indefinitely unfortunately. Hopefully I or someone else can clean it up a bit

Here are some suspension options I've found:

H&R:

http://www.hrsprings.com/application.../25/Suspension

Eibach:

http://www.cksperformance.com/index....olmg55qgj40981

I don't know if any of springs work with the adjustable suspension though. Someone might. Has anyone tried?

C207 - 2011 E550 Coupe
Hi There,

I could be wrong, but doesn't the RENNtech C350 ECU upgrade only apply to the previous version's engine? i.e. M272 E35. I'm pretty sure the 2012 C350 has the M276 which has a base HP of 302; RENNtech's C350 ECU upgrade is showing a base HP of 268 which is the 2011 and earlier versions.

Please let me know if I am mistaken or if that even matters.

Thanks

Anyone seen this before? They are sponsers on here.

Says Hp will be raised to 325 and torque to 296. Not bad but 700$ is pretty steep.

C350 performance

Great idea for a thread. So far I have done a few mods to my 2013 c350 sport sedan.

-muffler delete w c63 black tips and rear valance. Sounds great, looks amazing..far cheaper than a full exhaust from any of the manufactures above. All parts on abay or amazon prime. Saves some weight too!

- carbon fiber front facia: bad azz... ebay
- black and chrome grill: eBay (stock was silver and chrome
- blacked out window tint
- black rear window spoiler...eBay

I found a local shop to drill and modify my ecu. Supposed to add another 30 hp and 10flbs of torque. I have not dynoed yet however my merc feels plenty peppy...fast... And sounds angry

I will see if I can add some pics once I am back from vacation in Europe... Very cool going into a Merc dealer in Berlin

I love what you have done here with your C350. I am looking forward to doing the same with mine. I currently have a Diamond White C350 Sedan without the panoramic roof so i am going to get some parts of the car 3M wrapped as well.

The wraps will go as followed:

Gloss Black
-Roof
-Grill Panels

Carbon Fibre
-Trunk spoiler lip
-middle of the front bumper lip (As seen on AMG models)

Am currently debating between whether to get the side view mirrors wrapped in black carbon fibre or in red.

In addition I wanted to paint the brake callipers red, and tint the "C" in the headlights red. I haven't seen a finished product of the tinted "C" online so i am a little hesitant on doing that.

Any thoughts on these mods?
