C250
c250 0-92 mph ?

good day everyone.

i'm suspecting to have an underpowered c250 cgi coupe

i'm having a c200 cgi sedan as a loaner and it feels way much faster
i did 0-150km/h (0-92 mph) in 16 seconds ( 3 runs avg)

can someone confirm how many seconds it took their c250 or c200 from 0-92 ?

mine's is in the dealer now for checking it up and i would get the c250 numbers as soon as i check it out when they call back..

Regards,

C350 Coupe
It is probably because you drive your car with respect and the loaner has been thrashed. Take you car for a good blast to wake it up so to speak.

If you potter around in economy and eco all the time your car will feel sluggish. The Benzes seem to adapt. You need to unleash it a bit.

Agree with the above, that is also the case for the diesels as well

I mostly drive mine in a conservative manner, however when I do drive it aggressively for a sustained period of time, it's response and power output also seems to change to being more aggressive thereafter.

It also does the same with a tune installed, ie. after the tune has been removed or turned off (as is the case with a module I've run on mine) it runs similar to the tune for a little while before reverting back to normal.

datescamelsoil, just curious though as to why your measuring or wanting info on a 0-150km/h run ?? wouldn't 0-100km/h or 0-62/60mph be more appropriate and easier to do with a shorter patch of road

Would be interesting to see what happens with all of the above as a C200 really shouldn't be faster/quicker than a C250 anyway.

Cant expect to much

With only 200hp in a 4cly car thats a bit to heavy for a 4cly you cant expect much. I had a c250 loaner because my c350 was getting oil changed and I beat it up for a day. After driving my C350 for 10k miles I can say the C250 is very underpowered and the brakes are horrible.

I could understand that in other countries the c250 is the most someone can afford because of price. But in the USA why would anyone buy a c250 put thousands in mods that dont add anything. When for 4k more you can have a C350 with 305hp and a larger braking system its a completely different car.
