Unfortunately, the error has returned. I can tell that it is triggered by darkness. When the sun sets the goonies come out and monkey with my LEDs. Seriously, the darkness triggers the LEDs to turn on with the headlights and this causes the error. This has occurred 4 out of 4 times. The error can be ignored by clicking the back arrow on the steering wheel so it's just a nuisance at this point.
I have contacted the seller of these lights and asked for a solution. They have been helpful thus far. Maybe it's just the addition of a resistor. At this point I'm happy to keep the LEDs as they look amazing, both during the day and especially at night - they're a perfect match for the stock LEDs and HID lights.
I'll post back what I hear tomorrow.

Reason: Clarification
Grrrrrr. The vendor says they're going to send me another set with boosted resistors that should fix the problem. They've never seen this before. Hmmm.
Got the replacement LEDs and thought for sure that they wouldn't work as the resistors looked exactly the same, but low and behold, so far so good - no error!
I'll keep an eye on them over the weekend, but I'm a happy camper now!
Ill sell my LED side markers to any one interested. I bought for my 2012 c250 but just didn't like the look. No issues with them. Had them on for about a week. $40 shipped OBO. PM ME
I still get the error once every week or so on the left side. The manufacturer said they've seen similar results with the newer Mercs. It's so infrequent now that I don't mind, but clearly the resistors they are using are slightly off so YMMV. Over n out.
Got these last year and have had them on several months now. Love the look, but noticed a few weeks ago that the chrome in the light is coming off. Passenger has a spot about a 1/4" round, the driver side is about 1/3 - 1/2 off. You can see the white plastic now. Anyone have an issue with this?
Contacted fishcake and still waiting on a response.
