2014 C250 Coupe
Engine dust cover
I have a new C 250 coupe with the 1.8L turbo and I've seen a couple of videos about oil changes and chip upgrades and none of them start off with taking off the engine dust cover. The dust cover seems a bit flimsy to me so I want to grab it in the correct place to pull it off. I was going to call the dealer but I'll try here first. Who can help me first?

There are probably 4 points that hold it in place. Simply lift up on the front edges and then the rear- it is really that simple. To reinstall- start at the back and line up the filler cap areas. You will feel when it is lined up properly. Then gently push in the four corners.
