Need help buying 2013 c250 coupe
I'm in northern NH and will need Winter tires. The ad says this vehicle has sports package and amg wheels. Are the front brakes larger and won't allow me to put 17" wheels and winter tires front and rear? Or are they 18" front and 19 rear? I can't post a link but the car is at Holloway Mercedes, Manchester NH. It's the only c250 they have.
Any advice on the easiest Winter set up for this particular car. I'd like to order something from tirerack and just use same size front and rear and not runflats.
*also, if I buy a new or cpo , will I have to do all the maint that the car tells me to do on the computer for the warranty to be valid? Isn't there service a and b that pops up and won't go away at certain miles?

GREAT GREAT CAR!! YOU WILL LOVE IT EVERY MILE YOU DRIVE!!!
The rims are staggered, so the fronts are smaller then the rear. My size rims are 235/40/r18 in the front, and 255/35/R18. I have the same AMG rims...I'm pretty sure you can put 17" rims on without having issues with the brakes...but why would you want to :?
....use the 4 tires they're are providing you throughout the year, and throw 4 blizzak tires on the car when snow begins to fall or buy them now (they have deals like buy 3 get 1 free) and keep them tucked away for winter....you'll have better grip then a fat kid with a cupcake
I've purchased cars over the few years, and I can tell you that it don't matter where the flying **** you take to service your car...aslong as they don't **** something up, your A-OKAY!!
As for the service - service A is at 10,000 miles - there is a count down (mileage) gauge that shows when it's due. I bought pre-paid service so I can't speak to how it will or won't affect warranty. There isn't anything special about Mercedes service, except you need a vacuum pump to change the oil and proprietary ECU gizmos to talk to the computer. The car should have a transferable factory warranty - perhaps you can still purchase a service plan (they're actually reasonably priced - mine was $600 for 4 years / 60000 miles). Either way, they're both good cars - the CLA will have a bit more horse power but somehow it's supposed to be the new entry level Mercedes...go figure.

Yes you will need recommended service on your car to keep warranty in effect. This can be done @ MB dealer or indy garage. If you have a warranty problem things will be handled easily if you have had the service done @ MB dealer. If done @ indy garage it could be a problem if service was not correct according to MB factory specs. Your choice.
As a new MB owner you are buying a rather expensive car so you must expect that regular service is required and will also be rather expensive compared to a Detroit iron. Check out all the options posted here.
