miles before oil change?

miles before oil change?
I am new here.
I just purchased a 2012 C-250 for the wife. It has 12000 miles on it. Is there some way I can find out when the oil was last changed? Or perhaps how many miles before the next scheduled oil change? Everything I have read seems to indicate that the oil change reset button is activated at an oil change and one just waits until it tells you to change the oil in 10K miles.

It's every 10k miles. When you reach another 10K it will tell you to change your oil. I have 50K miles on my 2012 and each 10K it reminds me. There is a menu somewhere that tells you how many miles left before next change. Think its under "car assist" or something similar.
After changing the oil, the mechanic presses a certain button combination on your steering wheel to reset the change oil message.
