I am wondering if anyone knows if the alloy wheels from a 1989 300 wagon wold fit on a 1997 c-230 .I am looking for some winter tires/wheels for my sons c-230 and I noticed these look very similar to what is on the car now.the tire size is the same.

Didn't receive a response to the question of rim compatibility here,so I went ahead and bought the rims and tires anyway.I did do some measuring when we got to where the rims were- especially for the offset.brought them home and they fit on the 1997 c-230 a-ok.
