Just replaced the plugs on my 2006 C230 V6 coupe with Bosh YR7MPP33 which are resistor plugs and marked "double Platinum R6". The plugs I removed were Y7MPP33 which are non resistor are marked "platinum R1". The car seems to run no worse then before. Should I be concerned?
ALSO my car has approx 109,000 km or 67,000 miles and the plugs removed were the original since new. The old plugs show absolutely no visible wear other then a grayish tint and have no carbon or any other deposits. Would I be better off to re-gap them and re-install replacing the new resistor plugs??

Coil over plug ignition don't require resistor plugs as you don't have high tension cables to transmit spark noise.
