Help! AC only cold air, no hot air!
i m driving a 2011 C180 coupe bluefficency. 1.6 turbo.
Recently my ac only blows cold air. I played around with auto, defrost, max heat, ect, however no heat! Turning knob in the center console works perfectly, all buttons work perfectly as well. I did a research and and it suggest that the heat exchange valve may be bad due to poor design where water could leak in and damage the motor.. However i could not find any information in regards to monovalve / heat exchange valve / shutoff valve or whatever its called on my car. Anyone could help? thanks!
