Rmkblades

I want to order some LEDs for my w204's headlights. I already have h7 LEDs in the fogs, but looking for something a bit brighter for the main lowbeams. I would go with HIDs, but I feel that they might be a bit more complicated to install? Anyone have any h7 LED lights they can recommend or have seen that look nice. I see the OPT7 brand LEDs around a lot, but want to make sure I don't overlook any better options before purchasing those. Thanks
