I have a 2004 C230k, my check engine light came on and I have been trouble shooting this car for a year now. Back and forth to mercedes and they temporarily fix the problem. $7000 in repairs yet same code keeps popping up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Its throwing the Small EVAP leak code. I have changed both intake and outtake VANOS solenoids, camshaft position sensors, all the spark plugs, been through two batteries, I have replaced the alternator , two gas caps, gas tank itself as well as the tubing. I am still getting the small evap leak code and the check engine light won't turn off. Now, to add to the problem, I go to start my car today and the battery is completely dead. This is the second battery I have replaced, no lights were left on , inside nor outside the vehicle. I am not sure what else to do.

Any Suggestions?
