Leather Repair

The driver's seat bolster of my car is looking a bit worn and some of the color is coming off the seat in parts. I was wondering, do you have any recommendations on leather repair? I've attached a picture for you to see what I'm dealing with here. Any help is appreciated it!

Worst case scenario is that you can purchase a new seat cover from Mercedes. I just replaced the driver seat lower seat cover on my 2005 C230 because of wear

No, I ordered the seat covering from Mercedes, took off the bottom cushion, removed the old cover, and put the new one on. My fingers were sore afterwards, but now it feels like a new car. I also replaced the foam cushion due to the car being 13 years worth of sitting on it since new.
