I have a 2014 C250 coupe with noise coming from the panoramic sunroof area. Does anyone have the steps to take to remove the headliner or know we're to find them?

I can only help by saying that my C250 coupe - when transitioning from a somewhat steep driveway across the sidewalk to street - makes pano sunroof noise (temperature dependent)..................

I would hope - given more specifics - this site can provide helpful guidance for you.

welcome aboard (I was Navy for awhile following college)

If the noise is like a loud click I have been experiencing the same in my C350 Coupe. I've tried to locate the cause but I can't find it. Before my warranty ran out I took it in for some minor work and the techs heard it as well but couldn't find the source. I believe it's coming from the black plastic piece in the middle of the pano roof.

I have the same issue and I took it to the dealership 2 years ago. They took out the panoramic sunroof and put some deadening material (like felt). After a few days, the popping noise came back. I went back to dealership exactly a year ago and they finally fixed it. Noise hasn't come back since. Here's what's indicated in the invoice:

40495 PANORAMIC ROOF GUIDE RAILS BOLTS LOOSE. REMOVE HEADLINER, REMOVE AND REPLACE ROOF RAIL BOLTS, ADD LOCK TIGHT AND TORQUE TO SPECS.
