front bearing question
New member here--
It bought a 2004 C230 and the front right wheel was making some noise. I jacked it up, and suspected the wheel bearings are needing to be replaced. I bought Timken set 12 and set 17 for inner and outer bearing, as well as a new seal from Rock auto. I went to replace them and all the bearings, as well as the seal, seem to be a bit small for the hub. Anyone have any ideas why? I did a search to see if there were any other hubs that possibly a previous owner may have put in, but I cant find anything, they all say to use that bearing size?
Thanks

Yep you purchased the wrong bearings---see epc for the correct parts and then take the AH who gave you the bearing advice off you holiday card list
