Hey, so I have a 2013 C350 coupe.
Let's see if I can make this easily understandable.
My problem is that the passenger seat is positioned all the way back and is stuck and it will not move front.
I was able to take the seat off to see the motor but NOT the frame just the part you sit on.
The buttons on the door DO work.
I also unplugged the motor for about 10min and that didn't seem to do anything.
The motor that is supposed to move the seat does work at least i think it does since i can hear it and see it wanting to work.
I do not have access to the bolts on the back of the frame to be able to remove the entire thing, I only have access to the front bolts.
I have tried to see if there was anything stuck in the rails but have not found anything from what I can see since I am limited in what i can see.
Is there any solution to this problem?!
