C Coupe Left Window Problem

C Coupe Left Window Problem
Hello guys,
so its about my w204 Coupe 2019, the left windows wont open. Im really clueless what could it be. When im trying to open it from the inside (door controls) it wont work (all the other buttons work properly also the windows on the right side), if i try doing it with the remote it works only on the right side. But when i open the driver door the window will automaticly go down for 2-3 cm and when i close the door it goes back up so it seals. A friend connected my car to a tablet and it said that it has an error and it sais that ``intrerrupted contact``(U014100).On the main display it doesnt pop up any error or something like that. Anyone had the same problem?

FYI - I have a W204 Coupe from the 2015 model year. Just to let you know the W205 coupe began in 2016 Model year. A year after the Sedan which started in 2015. This makes searching for parts difficult and usually search for 2014.
