c350 reliability

HI w204 owners, my daughter got my 2012 c350 coupe couple years ago and is pushing now 95,000 miles. We did all maintenance in a non-Mercedes shop (owner worked at Mercedes service for 25+ years) and have done fluid flushes with BG products always (that gives you warranty type coverage as long as you do it) on engine, transmission, breaks, coolant system - so those items I am not worried about. we now look at rusted breaklines ($1,800), CV axle assembly ($1,400), tires ($1,400 - i put the staggered AMG wheels on when I had it, so are the large ones), spark plugs and battery ($900), front breaks ($800) and some other maintenance items which will total up $8,000 by the end of next year. We have already fixed the known issue that sometimes oil is leaking into the ECU which was not cheap either. Question is now, should we invest in the maintenance and repairs and keep driving it trying to get another 50,000+ miles out of it or is it time to dump it. Shop and my brother (also Mercedes technician) say the engine is great and lasts, but wondering what else big in cost can break when you run over 100,000 miles. What's the experiences of other owners? Thanks much!
