2008 c350 sport intake manifold code no check engine light.

I’ve been having issues with my c350. I replaced the intake manifold due to a p2004 code that led to me find that the levers ball broken off to the middle actuator arm. I bought an off brand manifold brand new with an abundance of top reviews and I put in on only to get a p2006. I made sure every thing was done to a t. The right torque all the wires and clips pushed in. This car previously before i bought it had a passenger side water intrusion. I didn’t know this but soon found out when it rained that the problem was there as I got a no start issue. I fixed that by replacing two distribution boxes on the passenger side footwell, I’ve also tested all the fuses. Map sensor seems to be ok. It looks like my values on my maf is ok. I went ahead the other day and pushed down on the lever and it seemed like it didn’t want to go but then moved by itself. Also my —p2006 is both store and pending—…Other issues I’ve had with the car is the Sirius goes in and out and I got a code the other day for retarded crank shaft p0025 I erased that it didn’t come back. Repair solutions is telling p2006 17/8(charge air temperature sensor). Only thing o can think of is a hose came off during installation but unlikely. Or the manifold itself came with a bad sensor and or actuator. If anyone has and ideas or can point me towards checking out sensors or wires that are connected to the distribution boxes that runs or has anything g to do with the flaps working let me know. Thanks

Both P2004 and P2006 have to do with the intake manifold. There are 2 different systems in the intake manifold. One is controls the switch over from long runners to short runners for air travel path. This system is not monitored. Second system is what we call the butterflies system. They cause turbulence right before the air goes into the cylinder head. This system is monitored and is the system you are dealing with. This system even when it fails, will not set CEL.
