Correct, through the dealer. As far as I know, Mercedes does not have the setup that BMW has, where you can create an online profile and view the progress of your vehicle 24/7.

That means my dealer dealer purposely lied as he had to check computer for status of my car and he said it was at port awaiting shipping which would been B7 or B8 and he would known this. But they are trying put off the delay on shipping "something we have no control over" because most people won't call wallenius and do their due diligence like I did. So then I catch him in a lie and he says may me find out and says I talked to distribution.. um, no you didn't you had that info all along such b****
