I'm all about the white - but I just can't understand why mb wouldn't have blacked out the rest of the roof like prior models. Looks unfinished or an oversight. I guess one could have it wrapped in gloss black for a better flow.
I had the previous model coupe, a 2012 C250, and the entire roof panel was glass. I took the car in several times to have the roof inspected and fixed by the dealer because it would make loud creaking and popping noises going over bumps and coming around corners that sounded like the glass was splitting or breaking. The main reason for this was the rigid body and lack of having enough flex for the roof to move and expand.
I was one repair away from being able to lemon that car before the dealer finally found a fix for it. I believe this was a common issue among most MB cars with full glass pano roofs, which is probably why MB moved away from that design.
I agree that it looks cooler with the full glass roof and I plan to wrap it in vinyl. I will, however, gladly take this design over the awful popping and creaking.
So I've been getting a LOT of PM's about the rims, and I figured this would help people more since I can't check my PM constantly.
I actually bought it from this guy in Hong Kong, account is DFO171. Bought rims from him before and they were not only cheap price wise, but really really nice quality.

Hope that helps everyone and cheers to everyone making this C205 thread a little more exciting!
Btw. How do you like the wheel set up overall? The pics look really nice, but I have a feeling the pics don't do the wheels any justice because they are black.

I love the wheel set. It's really pretty and people really really like looking at this car though.
I was wondering did you have any problems with debadging the trunk I have the same matte edition 1 and was nervous to debadge with heating gun and floss was wondering how you did it thanks

Sorry been away. Congrats on the new year. It was easy - it was no different from regular paint. Heat gun was enough. I actually used a hair dryer lol.
Im getting the same car nex week.
I ordered a c63 rear difusor and exhaust tips to be instaled and side sills from mb catalogue
Also i bought and Armytrix exhaust so i will post some sound clips
How did you drop it?
Would like to put those same rims but they are quite expensive
Hello,
I don't suppose you have the part numbers required for the C63 bumper to fit onto the normal C Class coupe? I have a 2017 C43 amg coupe and am looking to do the swap.

This isn't possible unless you modified your rear fenders - they are much wider on the C63. I don't think you could achieve this by pulling them but who knows.

Sorry, what I mean is the rear diffuser seems to be the same with the C63 Coupes. Speaking with Mercedes today the actual diffuser seems to be the same size and shape as the 43's. Hence a straight swap. I know the bumpers are different but the valance/diffuser seems to be the same.
That matte grey looks absolutely deadly. I just bought my C-Class from Mercedes-Benz Country Hills in Calgary and I can't wait to get started on upgrades. I'll share photos as soon as I have some work done
I was looking at purchasing a set of those for me 2016 c300 w205 and was told that they're too wide and the offsets from the C63 AMG style rims are too aggressive. That the tires would actually stick out past the wheel wells
