How to remove A-pillar trim/driver side fuse box cover for V-1 install?

I want to install my V-1 on the driver side visor. I plan on tapping into the fuse box located at the end of the driver side dash, then running the wire up the A-pillar, then under the roof liner to the visor. Another thought is not to remove the A-pillar, but to stuff the wire between the dash and A-pillar trim, then running the wire up the A-pillar between the trim and the windshield, finally under the overhead lining along the windshield and out to the visor.

I'd rather do the stuffing along the A-pillar trim, but everything looks so tight that I have the feeling it won't work without marring the trim???
